We advise our clients to invest adequate time during the planning phase to ensure their complete satisfaction with the design. After finalizing the plan, obtaining building permits typically requires four to six weeks. Site preparation may take one to two weeks. However, the delivery and installation of the prefabricated pool can be completed within just a few days.

We provide pool installation and landscaping services throughout the Greater Vancouver and Lower Mainland region. The primary area is in White Rock/ South Surrey, Cloverdale, Langley, Fort Langley, Delta, Surrey, Aldergrove, Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, Mission, Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam. But that also stretches to Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Tsawwassen, Ladner, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver.

In dealing with most of the local municipalities, we’ve seen how much each varies in terms of regulations and permits. Talking directly with your specific municipality is the best way to get the exact answers you require in reference to the permit process.

We have a network of various key installation partners, from plumbers and electricians to various landscaping companies. They are all fantastic at what they do. Or if you have a tradesperson who can do the job, that works too!

No. Designing, building, delivering and placing the pool into its location is what DA Steel Pools provides. But we can certainly help guide and provide input for every step of the project (permits etc). And we have a network of contractors we work with (Electricians, Plumbers and Landscapers). So you’ll never be left alone, as we’ll help guide every step of the process.

Yes! Absolutely. Steel pools are more adept at managing temperature fluctuations compared to other materials, meaning that brief periods of extreme cold or heat will not significantly affect the temperature of your pool as rapidly as with other swimming pool wall materials.

Our steel pools are delivered to the specified location via a flat deck truck, and the unloading and installation process generally necessitates the use of a crane. These pools can be transported to almost any location. To transfer the pool from the truck to your yard, it is essential to have a crane available on-site to lift and position the pool.
