Do I need to arrange the ferry booking myself?
No. We book the BC Ferries crossing as part of your delivery, coordinate the sailing time with our route plan, and
build the cost into one clear quote – there’s nothing separate for you to arrange.
How fast can my pool be installed?
Island installs are scheduled around available sailings, so timing is a little more structured than mainland delivery, but
most projects still move from shop floor to backyard within a similar window. We confirm your target dates once the
route and ferry booking are locked in.
Can you install in dense areas like Victoria or Nanaimo?
Yes. We regularly install on tighter heritage and urban lots, including properties with narrow lanes or limited street
access. These sites often need a closer look at crane setup, which we review as part of your quote.
What if my property is hard to access, or it's a rural acreage?
Tell us about your site when you request a quote. We review the address, driveway or gravel-road conditions,
overhead clearance, and crane setup area before confirming feasibility-many “difficult” sites, from tight city lots to
remote acreages, are still workable with the right plan.
Do you deliver outside Vancouver Island too?
Yes – we also serve the Lower Mainland & Sea-to-Sky, the Okanagan, and Northern BC from this same facility. The
pool build cost is identical everywhere; only delivery and crane cost change.
